What is Niipy?

Niipy is a platform that allows less experienced users to activate and monitor multiple advertising campaigns on different social platforms in a single interface, in an easy and intuitive way.

 

How does it work?

Niipy uses artificial intelligence to analyze your business data and create advertising campaigns across different platforms. You can log in to the platform with your Google account and set a specific goal and target audience. Thanks to AI, campaign performance is continuously improved. Furthermore, Niipy's dashboard is easy to use and allows you to manage campaigns and monitor results.

Is it possible to set a campaign objective?

Yes, Niipy will allow you to choose the objective that best suits your needs, for example reaching new potential customers, increasing the visibility of your brand or site visits.

What targeting tools are available on the platform?

Niipy offers a wide range of targeting tools for advertising campaigns, including age, gender, geographic location and user online behaviours. Furthermore, Niipy's artificial intelligence can automatically optimize targeting parameters to ensure the desired reach.

How can I customize my campaigns on Niipy?

Niipy users can customise their advertising campaigns by selecting the target audience, budget, creative type and other parameters. Additionally, Niipy offers personalized suggestions and recommendations to improve campaign performance.

 

What are the requirements to use the Niipy platform?

Niipy only requires that users have registered their business with Google to use the platform. This is needed to ensure the security and privacy of user data and obtain the data to better target campaigns.

Performance

How long does it take for the campaign to run after purchase?

Your campaign is generally published within 24 hours of purchase, but before publication there is a qualitative review phase to verify compliance with the platform's guidelines. This stage can take up to 2 working days. An email will be sent indicating the activation of the campaigns and the possibility to monitor them on Niipy.

How do the states of the campaign indicate?

A status will be visible for each campaign:

- Active, indicates that the campaign is active on the various channels.

- In Review, indicates that the campaign is awaiting quality control and is about to go live.

- On Hold, indicates that the campaign has been suspended by the user.

How can I see the results of the campaign?

You can view the results of the campaign on your Niipy dashboard, by logging in through your account and clicking on "view report" where you will find all the data relating to the performance of your campaign, such as the number of views, clicks, conversions and other analysis metrics.​

 

What analytics metrics are available on your platform?

Niipy offers a wide range of analytics metrics, including number of views, clicks, conversions, conversion rate, cost per click, cost per conversion and other metrics that will help you evaluate the performance of your campaign.

How long after is the report generated? Real time reports?

Niipy will send an email confirming activation of the campaigns. From that moment, access to the real time report will be available.

What are the best practices to get the best results from campaigns on Niipy?

It is important that your campaign is well structured and targeted to your target audience, with an adequate budget and an attractive offer. To get the best results from your campaigns, we recommend letting them running for a while so the AI can refine its optimisation.

Changes and campaign management

 

Can I edit an ongoing campaign?

You can modify the campaigns by changing the campaign objective, all the parameters relating to the target (gender, age, radius), the ad platforms and the budget. The update is not immediate but applied at the time of renewal of the Niipy monthly subscription. To get the best results from your campaigns, we recommend letting AI refine them.

Is it possible to suspend the campaign?

Yes, you can pause a campaign on Niipy at any time. Just send us an email with your instruction. The suspension is applied at the end of the period already charged, and therefore implies non-renewal for the following period.

 

I have two separate businesses, can I manage multiple campaigns?

Yes, it is possible to manage multiple campaigns for two separate businesses on Niipy. Simply follow the normal procedure for activating a campaign by indicating a different business each time.

I have two separate businesses, can I have multiple active subscriptions/multiple payment methods?

It is currently not possible to have multiple active subscriptions or multiple payment methods on the platform. However, you can create two separate accounts on Niipy to manage the campaigns associated with each business. If you need assistance, we recommend contacting Niipy support to check the procedure to follow.

How does campaign budget management work on Niipy?

Niipy's bidding system allows you to manage the budget flexibly and optimise advertising spending based on campaign performance and specifically for each ad platform.

How does the subscription work?

This is a monthly recursive payment and corresponds to the budget that is assigned to each campaign to achieve the objectives set during the personalization phase and with respect to the set objective. In the case of multiple campaigns the subscription is unique.

 

What payment methods are supported?

You can pay by credit card.

What are the policies for using the Niipy platform?

Niipy's usage policies are based on the promotion of legal content that respects the regulations in force. The publication of defamatory, illegal, violent or discriminatory content is prohibited, as is the use of spamming or phishing practices. Additionally, Niipy reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account or campaign that violates its usage policies.

How can I see the ads that have been generated?

For now it is not possible but you can make a manual request to customer service to receive the ads displayed in your email inbox.

Can I connect my ad manager from different platforms to Niipy?

You can connect your ad manager from different platforms to Niipy, but this requires specific action from our team. We recommend that you contact our customer service and consider the Professional Services plan option, which offers personalized support for your needs.

Can I upload videos to be published in the campaign?

At the moment it is not possible to upload a video, just images are supported but it is a feature that will come in the coming months.  If you haven’t done yet, register to be updated when new features drop. However, if you need personalized service in this regard, we invite you to consider the Professional Services plan by contacting our customer service.

Can I decide which images and copy to use in specific channels?

At the moment it is not possible to select specific images and copy them for each channel. You can create different campaigns for each channel with different images.
